We seem to have a problem getting our prescriptions delivered now as we are still waiting for several being delivered - we are both nearly 90 years of age, not mobile, housebound and without our own transport so have to rely on other people.

My daughter has been poorly so we had to take her to A&E . After going through 3 hours of wait and checkup , advised to book GP appointment since there was symptoms of UTI . Been ringing 1 hour to get through phone , when finally got through, the operator was just not very helpful, asked to ring again tomorrow to book appointment. I don't understand why I can not book appointment today for any other days ?
