trying to get an appt the same day is not fit for purpose. so many times call bang on 8am and be too far back in the queue to be seen the same day

4 times had to give mobile number out . Missed two telephone appts and made to phone back in morning. and in the appt I get signed off work for 1 week I went off work yesterday . today 10/2 I’m in the docs . the date on sick note is 8/2-15/2 that’s 7 days but 2 days before today . This has happened before and my problems I have had for 2 and a half years and all I get is wrong X-rays and physio which is not what is needed. The reception staff are rude and not bothered about there patients I could go on a lot more. I mention my mental health and nearly every sick note I have ever had from there over the years was wrong??? And that’s after days of not even getting an appt and that is not even call getting answered to even book an appt and after around 45 mins after they opened you have to wait till next day as they all gone the appts . A laughing joke really

You can call at 8am to book same day appointment's at 8am I was already 5th in the queue at 8.15 I was still 5th in the queue at approx 8.27 I talked to a receptionist got the appointment booked and the call was over at 8.29. My complaint is at this time of day most calls will be to book same day appointment's so why does it tat 15 minutes for the 1st call to be answered as my call took approximately 2 minutes this is not the first time this has happened.
