    Digital appointments? In theory but never available. Clear communication? Nope. Proactive about long term health conditions? Nope. Released from hospital and rely on them for medication? Nope Nope Nope. No compassion. No care. Waste of time joining them instead of sticking with a GP near my work in central.

    Doctor are very good and understanding and listen to me regarding my medication mental health well being if there is a concern for any other referrals they make them .

    Extremely difficult to even get an appointment, can't understand a word the receptionists are saying. I've had samples go missing and had to go back and do it all over again, no empathy, no one knows what they are doing here and most importantly, there is absolutely no diversity at this surgary. None whatsoever. Come on Shaftesbury Medical Centre, you can do better than this surely.

    I was seeing as temporary patient as urgent basis while I was in area.The doctor saw me very briefly but was amazing. When I walked into surgery reception I was navigated promptly by a very nice lady. Thank you so much for being there for me.
