Excellent Doctors and physio. Helpful and informative. Went to young Physio today, she located the problem and gave me some fantastic exercises, that work 👍🏼

I saw a doctor on Wednesday morning and by Friday afternoon, I had received a call from the hospital to set up an appointment. Very quick service which doesn't normally happen with the NHS these days!

I was given an appointment same day due to being in post natal period. My doctor is always thorough and informative and I leave feeling confident in the diagnosis and outcome.

I was able to get a same day appointment for my 11 month old son and the doctor gave him a full check and provided great reassurance he was okay. Always professional and personable

The doctor treated me with respect; she was very kind and supportive; she listened to me, helped me in the best possible way and prescribed the proper treatment for me

In terms of health care it is a fantastic surgery. I have just registered with the surgery at the beginning of the year because at our previous practise, getting an appointment is impossible let alone a doctor. The receptionist never answered the phone. In twelve months not any member of my family was able to get an appointment to see a doctor no matter how hard we try. I don't even know the name of my GP, even though I am registered at the surgery. The phone is always engaged occasionally when you get through,the call is cut off. We left and registered with the Shrubbries. We have already seen a Dr, have a health mot, the receptionist call- back system is perfect. In fact the doctors are great and every member of staff I spoke to was very polite and very professional. my family and I ,are very happy with the surgery and to those of you out there looking for the confidence and medical assurance you need from your practice,I suggest that you move to this one Quick! quick!!.

Lovely, helpful people who arranged a referral and exam very quickly. All within 2 weeks as promised, even though they are very busy.GPs have been thorough and listened to any concerns. I have always been treated well at this practice and feel confident in the advice / treatment I have been given

Since I joined a couple of years ago I’ve had nothing but fantastic appointments with all doctors and nurses and I feel extremely lucky to belong to this surgery. Attended with my partner struggling with his mental health, receptionists and doctors so respectful and patient. Went above and beyond for not only him but me and checking in. Absolutely faultless!
