I called from 8.00am in the morning to speak to a doctor ? Not a pharmacist for only for them to call me back at 3.30pm they don’t like to listen to what you are telling them the pharmacist guy talks to you like a scripted book I was always get the same response every time I’m forced to talk to them. I always try and sort any problems myself because that practice makes you feel like we shouldn’t call them to speak to a Doctor the last time I was sick I ended up in hospital because they make me have anxiety just to call them !! I wish when you call the practice and ask to speak to a Doctor that you can have a Doctor call you I find the pharmacist guy very rude and unapologetic and they don’t care for there patients

Phoned up to speak to somebody about me feeling extremely low and in a bad place. Was told to ring back on Monday as there is nothing they can do until then. It’s now Thursday and all I wanted to do is speak to my GP about what I am going through and to see if there is any help. Guess I’ll have to suffer alone. Clearly they could care less about anyone with severe mental conditions. Stay well clear of this place!!!

I joined this GP Practice early this year based on reviews. This month, I ran out of my preventative inhaler and needed to register on Patient Access and link to the GP. Registration to the GP was quick and straightforward. Registration on Patient Access required a letter to link to the GP. I got an email response quickly, and when I phoned up to chase, the lady I spoke to was patient and polite as well as very helpful. I linked to the GP after hours yesterday with a note that I had a bad cold and had run out. To my greatest surprise, joy and relief, the inhaler was ready for pick up at the pharmacy after work today. This tells me they genuinely cared about what I was going through. This is refreshing in this day and age when GPs are getting such bad press. All my encounters with Surgery have not been face-to-face but have been very impressive. Thank you to the team in general.
