Had a few tests done been trying for weeks to see a doctor to discuss and further action no luck. Also prescriptions take far too long our time is not important 3 days for a repeat and if you need an add on its longer so that's 3 visits for me to get my prescription. Luckily I can drive.

We're very sorry to hear you've had a negative experience. For routine follow up following tests, it may be easier to book an appointment in advance. We reserve appointments that can be booked ahead; just ask the reception team. Repeat prescriptions are usually processed the same working, although sometimes they may not be ready until the next working day. You shouldn't ever wait for 3 days for items on an authorised repeat so please provide us with further details so we can look into this further. The easiest way to request medication is online, this avoids having to visit the surgery at all. We regularly review patient feedback to improve our services, and will include your comments in our next review. Best wishes The Springfield Team

27/02/2024 I received a patient phone call from the clinical pharmacist from my practice canal side Bingley . Absolutely outstanding her professional attitude her empathy and general concern for my future health and wellbeing was quit amazing . She knew my medical history her vocal tone on the call put me at ease and to trust her advise with developing a positive future for my medical overall wellbeing . I must thank Springfield surgery for offering such a wonderful customer experience and service whom ever has mentored this professional has done a wonderful job and I feel pleased with the service

My family have been with this practice for around 20 years. When we joined my children were young and have grown up having all their health needs met here. Recently my elderly parent with complex health needs moved to the area. This practice and all the employees from receptionists to partners have been fantastic. They are reliable, caring and hardworking. The staff turnover has been low which means we know who they are and that we will get great care when we need it. This practice is what all practices should be looking to emulate in their own populations. We have been lucky.
