The flu clinic is always greatly organised in this practice. I can compare because my mum goes to the different surgery and I’m responsible for booking the appointments for her. Firstly the flu clinic is run on Saturdays. This is great because you don’t need to worry about taking the time off work during the week. For majority of people this is a better solution. Secondly you have your days according to the surname and you just turn up on that day without a need for booking anything. This year we have been both ill on our Saturday and we just turned up next Saturday. We have been in and out in a couple of minutes. Everyone is very friendly and approachable. Well done Station Practice! It’s just the shame we can’t have this service every day.

Was so quick. From the lady who stood at the door, detailing what was going to happen and managing expectations with the time. She said 5 min, I don’t even think it was that long. Much appreciated as I had work to get to.

Thank you for the efficient and effective management of the 'flu clinic held on Saturday 19th October. The staff were cheerful and professional. No time was wasted through waiting around in a queue. Thank you again!

I turned up Sat Morning, 0940. greeted by a smiling receptionist so proffessional was told to join a queue and would be about 5 minutes. queue moved quickly, two rooms open and flu jabs were done very proffessionaly and as i walked by the receptionist,on way out, a total of 6 minutes. well done.

It was nice to be greeted by a helpful and smiling member of staff on 5th October. There was no real wait and the nurse expertly did the vaccination.

In my experience Station Practice manages mass vaccination programs very well. Having just had my first rsv jab, I found the process at the surgery was carried out with their usual efficiency and friendliness.
