I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Fulham Palace Surgery and in particular to patricia who went out of her way to help me with an issue that I had with my prescription. She was incredibly helpful and understanding. I was leaving the next day and what could have been a very stressful situation was completely alleviated by her handling and can do attitude. I am very grateful to her and to Fulham Palace Surgery. Thank you very much. Belinda

I would like to take a moment to express my complete satisfaction with my recent visit to Palace Surgery. From the moment I entered the GP, the staff warmly greeted me with friendliness and attentiveness. The doctor displayed remarkable professionalism, knowledge, and expertise during my children's appointment. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, thoroughly explain the diagnosis, and discuss potential treatment options. His compassionate and caring manner towards my kids made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. Additionally, the facilities at Palace Surgery were impeccable and well-maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients. The appointment scheduling process was smooth, and I appreciate the staff's efficiency and punctuality. Overall, my experience at Palace Surgery was truly exceptional. The receptionists at this surgery are exceptional. Every time I visit or phone they are so incredibly kind and caring, even when challenged. Navigating the NHS at this difficult time is frustrating and disappointing for most of us but these two receptionists in particular, restore a sense of care.

My experience initially with arranging appointments to see the doctor has been extremely positive. The receptionists are always very helpful on the telephone while arranging an appointment and welcoming when attending the surgery or asking for prescription information. The doctors have been extremely professional taking time to examine me and explain fully the treatment being prescribing and the options available if I need additional support in the future

Went in without appointment and the staff where very helpful. Got to the gp was booked to see the nurse phone call from the gp,blood test and appointment for following week. The gp phoned within the appointed Time medication was at pharmacy and the nurse did the required blood tests and flu injection.

My first visit to practice was a happy surprise I was welcomed by reception staff, then waited a short time to see friendly efficient nurse who made me feel relaxed. The building is fresh and clean I’ve been wanting to change my previous practice for a long time and I believe I chose the right one

I had appointments with Dr Kan he was caring and sympathetic with my problem he did the Epley maneuvers and it helped my vertigo Each time I had appointments with him either phone or face to face I left the surgery feeling better in mind and body Thanks Dr Kam
