As new patient I found all the staff very friendly and so helpful. Extremely up-to-date with my records and any appointments that are due. I had a medication review and the nurse was so friendly and professional, felt very at ease .

I got an appointment the same day and went straight in. The doctor listened to everything I said and was very helpful

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The receptionists greeted me and put me at ease. I saw a nurse who didn’t rush me, understood my conditions and was reassuring and helpful. Came away feeling very satisfied with my experience at the surgery today.

Helpful receptionist, appointment on time. Doctor very helpful and did not rush the appointment and willing to listen and answer my questions.

I have recently changed to this surgery and have been very impressed with the treatment I have received. I was able to get a face to face appointment. As I have recently had chemotherapy and feeling anxious I was made to feel comfortable with my concerns.

The treatment I have had has been exceptional. I feel very relaxed and confident that my needs will be met. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

I rang on Mon for an appt and was offered one on Thurs of the same week!! The Doctor was thorough, kind and smiley. This is all very different from my last practice where I waited 4 weeks for a telephone appt. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the waiting room has a relaxed feel to it.
