    We changed GP about 6 weeks ago which fortunately for us coincided with a down turn in my health. I have been pleasantly surprised at the attitude of all the staff from the ladies on reception to the clinicians and the lady from the Social prescribing team who visited us to offer help. How nice it is to know that you are not just an 'appointment' slot and people do really care.

    Helpful , Caring , Compassionate and Reassuring most of the time . Probably the Best Practice my Husband and I have ever registered with . Outstanding ! However , likely Not the practice’s fault but Today’s Autumn Covid Booster at the practice was Very Poorly Organised . Whilst we understand things can go wrong with i.t. glitches etc . It was Very Poor judgement to leave “ Extremely Vulnerable “ and Elderly people queuing out in the Cold when there is a long corridor in the Warmth inside .

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. Apologies for the delay in our reply. Also may we apologise for the Booster clinic, we hope that you experienced a improved service for our Flu clinic last Sept / Oct. We listened to all feedback to ensure that from communication from how to book, to booking your vaccine, to the organisation of the flu clinic itself. The team work hard to deliver the service our patients expect from The Thornton Practice; however when patients take the time to acknowledge this hard work and feedback so we can continuously improve it is really appreciated.
