    Impossible to get through to the doctors. Find the receptionist very unhelpfull, they have no compassion or care. Some don't even know the correct procedures. Doctors unaware patience are so unhappy. And commissioner's of service also not made aware. Since merger with Plumstead Medical Centre the service has got worse.

    In my experience I strongly discourage using this GP practitioner not for the doctors their-self but for the receptionist who are not allowing you to see any doctor unless you book it in advance via an online form. By calling their phone you don't get answered while by showing yourself at their doors they don't assist you with anything. Really the worst receptionists team I have ever experienced.

    My nurse was very professional, helpful and welcoming. I felt listened to and am now better able to deal with my condition. The receptionist i spoke to was helpful too.
