    The GP was able to confirm that the medication was working as hoped. All without me needing to attend the surgery. The appointment was convenient and took less time than it would to walk from the reception desk to the doctor's office.

    All drs and reception ladies are excellent .they are always very kind and helpful .best im glad i changed to unicity drs surgery gold stars to everyone with my thanks

    The staff are so professional and efficient but really personable and kind as well. The only feedback I have is that the new way of having to go in for 1 thing at a time is annoying, I had to take 4 separate appointments to get everything sorted instead of having a slightly longer slot twice, like you have previously facilitated, which was so much more efficient for all and less costly. The things were all connected to 1 medical instance. I appreciate that it may seem easier to have it all divided into clinics, but in the grand scheme of things if this is too rigid it is poor time management for all and now, being on the high street means it costs more to get to you on public transport/ car parking. It would be interesting to know if it increases the chance of people being no shows, I was debating not attending my regular screening because I was reluctant to go all the way back in for something so minor and quick when i had already been in so many times recently.

    We were 15 mins late because we got lost on the way. The nurse still accommodated us and went out of her way to give the time we needed even though it was quite late (4.30)

    I was well received and attended to.And the Doctor i met was very good, calm and made sure he attended to all the request i made. Your surgery is the best i have been to since my coming to Portsmouth. I hope you continue to do your good work.

    As a patient it would be great to be seen on time of my appointment instead of being kept waiting .If i am late i miss my appointment also to have a doctor actually listen to you

    The physician associate that attended to me didn’t give me time to explain what I was feeling. She was such in a haste to dismiss me. Didn’t feel good after the appointment. She also told me that she going to send stuff for me to read up which I haven’t received till now
