    The staff are just brilliant at this practice. So friendly and helpful. The nurse I saw noticed I’d recently visited the walk in centre and asked how I was despite me being there for something else. Great service all round.

    The service has been good so far. Appointments started within reasonable timescale. Slightly disappointed by the delay in seeing a doctor face to face but far better than previous practice. Overall happy.

    I had a very early appointment for a blood test(I have fatigue issues so early mornings are difficult for me) but this was cancelled due to staff illness. Fair enough. However the text was only sent to me within 15 mins of the appointment by which time I was in the car and didn’t hear it arrive. I had looked at my texts when I first got up. If reception had only phoned I would have answered and got cancellation before I went all way through in to surgery.

    Multiple appointments have been cancelled by the practice at very late notice or rearranged to a later time. It has been difficult to book appointments around work when they cancel them so often. A couple receptionists have been rude or just unhelpful on the phone. I turned up to one appointment just to find out the receptionist had booked in the wrong thing for me, leading me to have to leave and book in another time which was another week away. Another time, I was not told I had to fast for a blood test I had booked so when I turned up to the appointment, I again just had to leave and rebook. The doctors themselves i cannot fault, they are lovely. I have never experienced more unreliability than i did in just 6 months of being a member of this practice.

    Saw a physicians associate, who it felt like wasn’t listening to me, was rushing to get through the appointment and hadn’t read my medical history or what medications I was taking. Was told I needed a blood test but not what to do about it. Very disappointed in how I was spoken to. Then called up reception and spoke to a receptionist about the blood test, she was so lovely, honestly could not praise her enough. Happy to book it for my and inform me all the dates and happy to wait whilst I checked my calendar.
