Was a real delight to be a patient for minor ops at this surgery. Staff was very welcoming and understanding. Explained everything perfectly. If it was closer to my residence, I would for a million percent register here for my GP.

I was very nervous to have a blood test the service I received was excellent hardly felt anything very happy how I was treated and cared for .

I had a blood test today. The booking went smoothly, the appointment ran on time, the nurse was super lovely. I explained I didn’t like watching the process so I looked away and the nurse chatted to me all the way through about other things that I needed to distract me. Really good service, friendly and professional.

After a short wait the Nurse was very friendly and welcoming. The procedure was carried out efficiently and without pain.

My wife had a bad experience twice with the same doctor (pretending as doctor) She does not have a proper knowledge and refused to provide treatment. Its really disappointing for the people who are appoaching them with great hope. Hope an action would be taken.

I attended the surgery for blood testing, then was able to book an appointment for later today, when the 11am appointments were released. The reception and medical staff at this surgery are very helpful and polite and will listen to any concerns that patients have, whilst endeavouring to find an appointment for concerned patients to attend. Excellent service.

Med review is a great service for lower needs patients. The link to the app came through my phone and I was seen the next day. The receptionists are helpful and supportive as long as you are civil and communicate on an adult level. Thank you and hopefully I won’t see you soon:)
