Dr made me feel very comfortable and explained what he was going to do. Dr and nurse were talking to me all the way through the procedure. I felt very comfortable.

Attended today for a minor operation. Care provided by the consultant and the nurse was awesome. I was nervous and both went to great lengths to explain what was going to happen and calm my nerves during the procedure. Very personable with a sense of humour. Procedure done effortlessly and effectively with skill. Thank you

During my visit to Valkerie Surgery on 29 November 2024, I was once again reminded of the exceptional care and support the team provides. Managing diabetes and its associated challenges is never easy, but the expertise and compassion shown during my appointment made a world of difference. The team took the time to listen, guide, and address my concerns in a way that left me feeling reassured and well cared for. I am deeply grateful for the professionalism and dedication shown during my visit. Thank you to everyone at this outstanding surgery for the continued support and commitment to patient care.

From the scheduling of the appointment, the communication, paperwork and procedure, 5 stars. A very high level of professionalism. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed

Went for a vasectomy. Dr clearly explained everything and was very supportive throughout the appointment. Did everything possible to put me at ease throughout a delicate procedure. Left feeling very comfortable and confident.

I’ve had to attend a few appointments at Valkyrie this year, each time I’ve called up and met them, everyone’s been so fantastic, reassuring and friendly. I couldn’t ask for better help/support the whole team there. Everyone’s great and run very professionally

Arrived and seen promptly. Surgeon was wonderful in many helpful ways. I would definitely recommend to anyone that requires minor surgery.

Friendly, informative, and very professional. From start to finish the doctor and assisting nurse were very reassuring and helpful. The surgery was clean and calming. Parking is a little tricky during busy times
