All staff have been so helpful and understanding at all times over numerous issues with 91 year old. Requests for help all answered and addressed immediately with care, courtesy and compassion. So grateful to all staff for their continued assistance, my role as carer under extremely difficult circumstances is achievable with all help provided. Thank you all.

I was super nervous about having my skin tags removed today. But my Dr was extremely friendly, kind and understanding of my anxiety. The process was over so quickly but whilst the surgery was happening himself & the nurse was very reassuring & paitent.

The GP put me fully as ease, both before and during the procedure. I felt very confident in GPs skill. Everything went very smoothly.

I had minor surgery and the service was fantastic. The doctor and nurse were so friendly and put me at ease. I was really appreciative of them making everything so easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend them.

The Dr. and his team have been great from the moment I’ve been referred to the surgery for a minor operation. The communication was simply great, fast and effective. Right from the beginning, I was kept informed of whats involved, the next steps and they have taken great care in delivering the service. The quality of service is top class. I thank both for sorting me out so quickly.

Little confusing on going up stairs to GP surgery first (who where a bit grumpy) - and no actual reception - just went and sat down - was called and was happy With my treatment

It is 4/5 days since spending 20 minutes with the COPD Asthma service at Valkyrie Surgery. I am feeling brain fresher, clearer and with a huge energy boost for the whole of each day. Thank you for the clarity of information and the patience demonstrated. I still needed to spend time working out how to fit these changes into my complex medicine management. It was a very valuable use of time. I have been with this surgery since the 1960’s and have mostly received good support.

I saw a nurse at the surgery and she was wonderful. Very understanding and informative. Her friendly and professional manner was reassuring and helped me get the help I needed. Massive thanks, Mandy.

I was referred for weight management to a wonderful lady, (I understand I'm not allowed to name) at my surgery. I cannot express how much this woman changed my life and how I walked out a different person. Although not hugely overweight, a thorough but gentle degree of questioning opened up family relationships which were not healthy leading to self sabotage and unhealthy choices in every area of life. Although I knew on a deep level this was the case, this wonderful woman triggered a lightbulb moment in me which had me sitting in my car in tears, an outpouring of suppressed feelings. I'm not the same person as I was when I walked into her office this morning and am filled with gratitude for what she's done for me. At the age of 57 I finally feel valued, and that will now translate to my mental and physical states. I wish I could give your name but you know who you are, thank you so much
