Senior Gp at the practice contacted me by telephone, was rude, would not listen, I struggled to get across what I was trying to tell her as she constantly interrupted me. Very unprofessional and uncaring.

Amazing service. I phoned at 8am. Got an appointment at 9 and was seen then by a lovely student doctor who gave me a thorough check. Then was seen by a doctor who reassured me it was just a virus but sent to Mill Lane for an X-ray as I had had the cough for 3 weeks. Was xrayed straight away at Mill Lane and out by 9 55. All lovely helpful staff. Many many thanks
