Having realised I didn’t have enough medication for my imminent holiday (next day), the surgery dealt with my repeat request swiftly. The prescription was sent to my local pharmacy and collected within 8 hours.

I am a 70 year old asthmatic. I asked about how I go about getting my next COVID booster. A receptionist today told me that the surgery didn't have anything to do with that and she had no idea. They then went on to tell me that she would never have a COVID jab and didn't think that others should. I'm pretty sure that this is the opposite of what the NHS recommends and could be somewhat confusing for some elderly patients. Do the reception staff need additional training?

I rang the surgery this morning. The receptionist was very friendly and added me to the triage list. The dr rang me back within ten mins and arranged a face to face appointment at 2pm. I received a friendly welcome from reception on arrival.The dr was really lovely and helpful.

Excellent ongoing engagement with the GP regarding diagnosis and follow up of his dementia diagnosis. GP demonstrated empathy and sensitivity which was greatly appreciated. Actioned referrals promptly

The surgery always respond to our family requirements either by appointment, call , patches and email. My recent requests for repeat prescriptions plus a one off asthma replacement have all been promptly dealt with from reception to pharmacist.

Blessed to be a patient at the best GP practice in Cheshire within 24 hours my GP and secretary had arranged everything I needed to help my treatment the front line staff are amazing thank you !
