Contacted the practice at 8.00 am to request a home visit - Receptionist answered the call at 8.12 and took all details. ANP contacted back and took more clinical details and booked a visit through Acute Visiting Service. Acute Visiting Service arrived before lunch , completed full assessment and agreed a management plan, arranged prescription, bloods and xrays through the practice. ANP contacted back in the afternoon and updated me and came out to take bloods so they would be back before weekend in case anything underlying. Super service thank you all so much.
