Have been with wellspring for many years, I have always been dealt with fairly and efficiently.. Usually manage to get an appointment to suit me and sometimes almost immediately, even during covid they always had time for my needs. The receptionists are pleasant and extremely helpful and go the extra mile to make sure I'm helped with my needs. Some people are dubious about discussing their issues with reception staff but I have never had an issue with this as makes the process quicker and efficient and always handled professionally. The telephone system has recently been upgraded and is a lot quicker getting through with the call back service a bonus. I am not a "daily user" of wellspring but do need their help many times a year and know when I do they are there for me. The texts regarding flu jabs and asthma etc are also a great idea. Thank you to all staff.

Just wanted to praise everyone at the reception team for always, not just once but always working above and beyond to help patients. I called up late today, not expecting to be able to have an appointment but the lovely lady I spoke to today on reception was exceptional and managed to get me a telephone app with the gp. She was very patient and friendly and definitely deserves recognition. I’m so glad me and my mum both moved from the previous surgery to wellspring. Keep up the good work guys.

Just had a brilliant appointment where the doctor listened to my issues and also asked me questions about my lifestyle and other medical issues that may be affecting me. I felt very cared for and listened to. Thank you.

All these reviews saying how good the Drs are is brilliant…..but not quite sure how they actually got an appointment because this morning after being caller number 33 at 8am!!! I was told by the receptionist there’s no appointments and they OnLY HaD5 anyway today? This is a usual occurrence as well!! Shocking!!

I booked an appointment using the online system. The practice responded within 24 hours and I was offered a face-to-face appointment around a week later (which was fine for the issue I needed support with). The doctor was punctual, friendly, and very thorough. I was taken through a range of diagnostic questions and tests, given all of the information I needed about what she thought the problem was, and prescribed medication that would aid my recovery. After I left the surgery, she also texted me a link to a website with more advice and exercises. All in all, I can't fault the experience. Well done and thank you.

Had to call today with a complex enquiry regarding transfer of medical history - the reception team were so helpful and kind, really went above and beyond to help me. Took far longer than the usual couple of minutes and I know they must have had a long queue, yet they didn't rush me at all. Very good experience.

I had an issue to book an appointment with my GP to duscuss my prescription and the receptionist is been so professional and kind to sort out the issue I really want to thank Her for such a professional attitude.
