  1. Review titled terrible place. I don't recommend it!!

Rated 1 star out of 5

the stupidest clinic in town with not very intelligent people working there. The lady at the reception, knowing that I was sick and had a fever, didn't want to book an appointment for my child, she just told me to go to Boots in the city. The child had a rash, fever and a strange change on his hands. They should close the place. clinics together with employees!!!

  3. Review titled If you don't mind being disappointed

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I don't recommend this surgery. Even though the receptionists are good but they only seem to have one at a time, and have nine GP's according to their website. Our story is that we asked a service that had to be charged. No problem with that one. Asked to pay in advance we said ok. Got told 28-30 days it will take. When contacted them a month later we have been told that it is still not done or could not say if it's on the proccess. We had a official to post by 13th of November to make sure its there by 16th but without support documents not much of hope to have it successful... They even say don't contact GP's as they rely on the copies of documents attached... It is fro DWP and Universal credit. So when poor receptionist only can say what is told to: they can contact us, is not a solution. So just some things I would change: don't accept a request that you don't have capacity for, don't give a time line that you can't hold up and don't charge in advance so no one will be frustrated with your receptionists. I understand NHS underfunded but this situation could be avoided independedly from the funds. As soo as we willhave what's been paid for we will register elsewhere. Thank youfor the hard worm of nurses and receptionists but for us this was a long time coming decision.

  4. Review titled Accepting new-patients

Rated 1 star out of 5

Could I just ask a question how can this practice be accepting new patients when it cannot cope with the amount of patients it already has you cannot get a appointment to see a doctor when you want to do it’s going to be even harder the more patients it takes on .

  5. Review titled Waiting time for appointment absolutely ridiculous

Don't bother trying to get an appointment with the doctor here you are fobbed off with a phone consultation or passed on to the GP service in Nottingham

  8. Review titled Abysmal Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

I was a new patient trying to make my first appointment, so _as advised_ went in in person. Got upstairs to find it empty (noone on the desk) so had to wait until someone came out of a back room. They were extremely standoffish and clearly weren't interested, refused to help me book an appointment and said I needed to call even though they were clearly the receptionist who would have taken the call! Tried to call, noone answered. Tried to book online - again - and was advised that as my first I needed to come in. By this time my problem had progressed to the point where I had to go to Urgent Care and was diagnosed with severe blood poisoning, which could have been easily picked up by the GP and treated with antibiotics if caught early. Not at all surprised to see that others have had similar experiences, really shocking levels of service.

  9. Review titled Regardless

Rated 3 stars out of 5

I went to my appointment.Doctor ask me me what happened I explained to him what I’m suffering from and he ask me what do you expect to me to say to you. My answer was to make blood test and exray. He responds that’s i don’t need to do blood test because I did it two years ago and was fine. I told him that’s was long time and my health situation changed he refused and said I’m definitely sure if you make blood test now it will be fine. How Doctor just predict what is going to happen without check.
