Grandson had flu jab doctor was so lovely made child feel comfortable as only 3 years old no tears very good very professional

Like all GP practices across the country, accessing treatment can be a frustrating process. The fact of a well-recognised strain on the NHS and pressures on GP practices is not lost on me - I have been at the receiving end of grumpy and belligerent NHS reception staff, too many times to count. However, one of the lovely ladies at the reception always leaves me feeling like I’m being heard - even when I’m unable to obtain that elusive appointment. She always has a warm and ready smile - which can actually be heard/felt thru the phone, if you can believe that. This review is not all about the warm and helpful receptionist though……I also do commend the practice for its diligence in its monitoring of my daughter’s asthma. They take the condition really seriously, and the flu jab for the daughter was the reason for our attendance on a Saturday…… and the receptionist wasn’t grumpy on a Saturday! I know I’d have been.

I always find the staff very friendly and helpful they try very hard. In these difficult times.you are asking for a story. I have stated my thoughts. I have been to the surgery quite a lot these past couple of months and have had excellent service at all times from all the staff. Doctors and receptionist alike

I have been going to the willows medical practice For over 15 years , I have had the best care out in place for me with my many struggles in my life , amazing surport , and very thorough, I have complete trust with the doctors there , And the receptionist are also very caring and very obligingly

..nurse had to do a routine blood test - I'm not good with those needles - but this nurse was super careful & gentle. Very skilled - Top notch. Thank you!

I was called for a blood test, and found making it very easy. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. On attending the test was carried out on time, and really well carried out.

Staff are always accommodating considering stress they are all under. Like that they have lots of different services available to patients locally. Pharmacist is brilliant.
