It makes me sad that I am writing this because I hate complaining, but please please speak to your receptionist about how she speaks to people. Us people are calling our GP about things that are worrying us and it's such a shame to have someone on the other side of the phone who doesn't care or listen to anything we are telling them I was polite to her and told her how worried I am as I am pregnant and she was so rude in return and shut down everything I was telling her it costs nothing to be kind! and if you can't be kind.. then go get a job where being mean is acceptable and works in your favour because I am sure you have made many people who are worried about their health feel as though its not important and they won't call back again
