I had a review appointment this morning with the practice pharmacist to check blood pressure and go through test results. I cannot believe the exceptional service I have received and want to say a massive thank you

Had my review with idoya today, excellent service with a very knowledgeable pharmacist, I felt very reassured all my medication was correct and thankful for the information that was forwarded to me and the valuable advice and recommendations given to me, during the review.

Thirsk Doctors’ Surgery is an outstanding medical centre with a very high standard of professional holistic care. Being in my “twilight years”or I would rather call it “afternoon teatime”, I’ve needed more maintenance and have been extremely well looked after. Nothing is too much trouble. From my initial first visit, 3 years ago, I have always received a warm welcome from the receptionists, nurses and doctors and received outstanding medical and nursing care. Thank you.

Have always received supportive, empathetic and care that I felt involved in. My thoughts and needs were taken into account and have never been made to feel rushed or not fully listened to especially as have had some ongoing support needs.
