   I called the GP for the appointment at 08:54 in the morning and they told me that I have to call exact 8:00 am .And they told they are closing it by noon which I haven’t received any early messages at all

   Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. I have investigated your feedback and can confirm our surgery closes on the 3rd Thursday of each month for staff training from 12:30pm and the surgery will open the following day at 8:00am. We do not send messages to patients when we are closing the surgery for training. All the information is available on our website.
