Was contacted to be invited for a blood test as Saturday surgery was on offer which I accepted. Was seen promptly, the nurse was welcoming.

Last week I booked a GP appointment online. It clearly stated it was a GP booking and the only options were face to face or blood test. I chose face to face as I wanted to speak with a GP. I was surprised there was a booking available online so booked it. Then last Friday (1st) I got a call from the practice saying I had booked a nurses appointment. I said that it said GP and was told this was definitely not the case. It is with great surprise therefore that I have just read your practice website update which informs me that it is not possible to book a nurses appointment on line!

I apologise for the confusion around the options shown on the NHS App. Currently, the NHS App only lists one booking option labelled as "GP," which may also include nurse practitioners for minor illnesses. Got straight through to the receptionist to ask for advice on how I could receive my hospital letter sent to my doctor as I could not access it on the hospital website and no letter had been sent in the post. The receptionist said this could be sent straight away to my email address, I was extremely grateful for the prompt action and wished I'd had done this sooner.

We went for flu vaccinations on a Saturday morning. We were treated and left before our allotted appoint time. Vaccination was painless and staff extremely professional and polite.

I was seen ahead on time and not kept waiting for my flu jab. My Nurse was efficient as well as caring. She asked me not to rush and to take my time.

I was prompted to make an appointment. I turned up on time and waited just 3 minutes before being seen. The nurse was excellent and I was gone in a few minutes.

I didn't have to wait long for my appt. However, when I checked in the screen told me to go to Upstairs Office, all in darkness up there, it being a Saturday. Why was this message on the screen? The walls are full of so many notices, suggest once a month the practice manager reviews notices and takes down redundant ones so important ones can be more easily read. Do you still need the Keep 2 Metres apart ones?
