I experienced a complete lack of privacy when collecting a prescription - I had to talk to the receptionist (through a plastic screen) in front of everyone in the waiting room. Also why is it still not possible to pay by card for prescriptions?

Fell off my bike and in some considerable pain .Great team work. Polite, effective and respectful reception staff, clear and insightful consultation and immediate prescribing. It does not get better. Awesome and well done!
