   This practice is the worst one I’ve ever been to in my life. I was told multiple times in a row I needed an appointment but they didn’t have any. I ended up having to pay to go private just to get an appointment

   I am sorry to hear you have been disatisfied with the service we provide. We try to provide a timely service based upon need and I am sorry this did not meet with your expectations. It is good to hear you have resolved your issue albeit privately.
