   So many times now I have called only to connect & to listen to the ‘please be aware your call maybe monitored for training purposes’ message and then the line simply cuts out! Simply unacceptable!

   Dear Patient, Thank you for providing feedback. We can only apologise about the phone lines. We are aware of the issue and have been experiencing numerous problems with our current telephones. Therefore we have taken onboard our patient feedback and will be moving to a new telephone system shortly which should hopefully rectify the current issues. Kind Regards Thornhill Surgery
