   Didn’t even book an appointment to rearrange my smear test due to the rude and sarcastic receptionist. She laughed at me in a sarcastic manner and wouldn’t let me speak and that was all before she even checked if there were any appointments. She told me her name when I asked her and I think she and the practice would benefit with some extra training , especially with her communication skills.
