Over the last year my husband and I have had amazing help from the practice , my husband was in hospital last year very ill , since then we have had amazing support from all the people who work there, we are both in our eighties and can’t thank you all enough especially the two female doctors and the male pharmacist.

Although I feel the service grossly depends on who you are dealing with, practice manager being absolutely the worst on interfering and making clinical decisions that is out of her scope, I want to praise hca saw today for the painless blood test and excellent service and receptionist for sorting my enquiry almost instantly. Happy for this good experience after so many negative ones.

When I attended for my vaccination today I was very pleased to see your new bike rack in a prominent place. Much better than chaining round a lamp post in the car park. Thank you.

Have just had a review of my medication This person who reviewed me was fantastic She went through all of my medication but realised that my cholesterol was too high still She arranged to chat with the doctors to find a solution She came back to me with a solution This person was very approachable and kind in her demeanour and nothing was too much trouble. This leaves me as a patient quite confident, and,reassured that my health is going in the right direction I would like to thank this pharmacist very much

I scheduled an appointment due to concerns about my blood test results, after I had looked for the diagnoses on the internet (stupid I know). The doctor, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was compassionate and explained everything clearly. Despite realising I was overreacting, she didn't make me feel judged, and I left feeling reassured with the answers I received. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. What a lovely kind person you are and I hope you are reading this.

Thank you for accepting me into the practice so swiftly. However, one specific experience I had, was that it was difficult to log on to the NHS website or the Practice website, as I did not have the codes requested. Another specific experience was that I 'phoned the practice for help with the process, but it was a training session. This is not an emergency, so I will 'phone for help later in the week. Ridic experience recently following all the steps dot on 8am still no appointments no nurse appointments either, finally get sent a txt for an appointment only to show up and tell me they cant find my appointment. Im spoken to over the phone and not seen face to face hence needing to make another appointment and then zero help with the issue even though I had had to speak to out of hours GP as I had become very poorly she told me my surgery should have dealt with this when I had called them. The nurse was useless the receptionist was rude and the doctor was clueless not reassuring at all and not helpful wasted afternoon off work. This is why people either don't speak up or decide to treat themselves.NHS isnt on its knees for nothing!! the service we as tax payers fund cannot even help you when you need it! I cannot believe that a surgery that has at least five reception staff at least 4 nurses and 4 doctors are too busy to see you and instead use guess work to trouble shoot!

I’ve stayed at this practice for 30 years because Doctors, Practice Nurses and Reception staff make for a positive experience at times when you need it most. They’re helpful and efficient, and have listened and treated me as an individual; something a patient expects but doesnt always get it seems.

I request an appointment via an online portal. I was given an appointment in 2hours. I was listerned by amazing nurse practitioner and I was treated straight away. Highly professional and caring surgery. Thank you. You make NHS proud.
