Unable to contact them by telephone as they repeatedly switch the lines off - even in the case of a child being unwell under the age of 6 months which is appalling. I refuse to rely on them for anything other than my children's immunisations (both nurses involved in this have always been fantastic) and repeat prescriptions. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful and no one is capable of even giving details of how to make a complaint. The service is so poor that I have to rely on the walk-in centre whenever my 18 month and 3 year old are unwell. As a result if my frustrations and the lack of contact, I've decided to register elsewhere - not ideal but I cannot rely on a GP surgery where they simply switch the phones off and cannot deal with even the most basic of requests.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our phone lines are on between the hours of 0800-1830 Monday to Friday. Once there are 15 callers in the queue, the phone line will not let you join the queue and you will have to try again. Im sorry you feel that the service is poor and as a result have registered elsewhere. There is a section on our website, where you can make complaints, and we would ask you do this in order for the surgery to deal with any issues. Kind regards Catriona Dack Acting Practice Manager
