    During COVID the service was amazing, I got appointments when other surgeries were not offering F2F appointments The doctors and nurses provide a great service, it is just a shame they do not offer appointments that accommodate people who work. I work 8am to 4pm and am only offered telephone appointments during my working day which I am unable to do. I rang to book a medication review, I was offered days when I am working, so I asked for an appointment the week of my annual leave to be told we do not book that far in advance and I was advised to call back the following week. I duly called back as advised only to be offered an appointment during my working day, two weeks after my annual leave. The receptionist said 'surely you can take a phone call at work', not everyone works in a role where this is possible. I have been told I will not be able to order my one medication until I have had a medication review - I have been trying to book this for about 6 months to no avail. Please make appointments more patient and work friendly.

    Blood pressure 198/113 after endoscopy. Staff at hospital told me to get it sorted ASAP. Went to GP, saw a nurse within 20 minutes. Had ECG After consultation with Doctor. Saw Senior Nurse after 1 hour. Put me on Blood Pressure tablets strait away. Fantastic service and thanks to Three Villages.

    Poor experience today I have had a call to look into my medication, I had noticed that I have suspected side effects and was told I need to be seen F2F but I would have to call in the morning between 08:00 > 08:30 to book a appointment for this why can this not be done by the practice? Booking appointments is a terrible experience either the site has too many request or you are stuck on hold only to find out there are no appointments..

    Sadly the practice has suspended what was a great booking system for getting an appointment whereby you filled a form in online and they got back to you, in my experience the same day. Now they are going back to having to phone in first thing in the morning and by the time you get through all the appointments are gone. When I asked the receptionist why they had changed from the very good online system to the outdated phone system she said the form filling system may have suited you but didn’t suit everyone. I don’t understand why the 2 systems can’t run side by side so perhaps anyone who doesn’t like the online procedures could pick up the phone and hold for an hour and the rest of us could spend 1 minute filling in the online form 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Daughter has toncillitis 2 to 3 times a year all we need is a prescription for antibiotics. After waiting 55 mins i was abruptly told to go to russels haul as there is a 2 week waiting list . They couldve put a voice mail message on the answer phone instead of wasting an hour of my time . Why do pay tax ?

    filled out an online form on the 23rd Jan to request to have a steroid injection in my left knee (already had 4 done before) they sent me an email to say I had a message, sent me to their website and the message said I have a face to face appointment on 5th Feb at 11:45. Had no reminder texts (which they are normally good at sending) so checked the email again today and could no longer read the message I called the reception to check my appointment and after waiting a long time on hold when there were only 3 before me and they said I don't have an appointment booked for Monday and I need to fill in another form at 8:00 Monday! Do you think this is acceptable?

    I have been repeatedly let down by this surgery and am now looking to move to a new one. One of the more frustrating moments was when a hospital consultant wrote to the gp asking them to prescribe a specific medication- when I rang to chase this up, 2 weeks later the gp had not even bothered to read the letter. Then they refused my medication three times - I am still waiting for important medication three weeks later. Tried ringing for an emergency appointment bang on 8am today, on hold for 40 minutes, no appointments left. You can’t make an enquiry outside surgery hours. You can’t book any kind of routine appointment at all it would seem.

    The admin and medical staff are excellent. The variety of options to book appointments are inclusive for all. It’s really impressive. I messaged the practice using their website form on Monday morning and was seeing a doctor by 11am. Consistently a fabulous practice. Given how busy they are it’s impressive it appears all to work like clockwork when I’ve needed to see nurse or doctor.
