    I was seen to straight away. I got there early, waited 2 minutes, then was called. Two very pleasant nurses were there. They did a good job. Thank you to you all.

    A doctor that actually examined me.but not in the surgery i normally attend.I was not told I was expected at Chadwell

    Very difficult to get my apportionment in the first place. I had asked for a review of test results, whereas the doctor thought i was after a medication review. I am hoping that i will get an appointment with the Diabetic team at Thurrock hospital as they were the ones that initiated the blood test in the first place

    Lack of attention, arrived at surgery, booked in at reception. Told to sit and wait. 45minutes later I received a text saying I had not arrived for my appointment. But I was sitting waiting. Receptionist apologised, but I was not inpressed

    Rang up 8am , 30+ in the que On hold 35 mins trying to get an appointment. When phone finally answered sge put phpne straoght back down, the i had to hild from number 15 in que again. Just to get phone appointment. Asked for rablests which i got, but with no medicel check, no blood check no weight check no blood pressure check. On phone litterly 2 -3 mins and told Sure ill.send pills over to chemist.

    I was actually offered an appointment for my daughter instead of telephone appointment. i understand telephone appointments, however young children should be able to see a doctor when needed. top marks this time.

    Receptionist very rude towards myself and my autistic child. In the wrong profession if you ask me. Slammed the door shut when my son was stimming and in a colleagues face too ! Very poor behaviour

    After deciding to move from my last GP surgery to this one, I have felt so relieved with the experience I have had here. The receptionists are so polite, kind and helpful. I had my whooping cough vaccine and the nurse was lovely and made me feel at ease. It's so refreshing to have people who speak to you with some empathy and compassion as my last GP surgery were always so unnecessarily rude, abrupt and unwelcoming. Keep doing what you're doing everyone, it doesn't go unnoticed! :)
