    Not happy early this week my wife had to have a blood test she is a full time wheelchair user she got called to room thirteen but her electric wheelchair would not fit so instead of asking her to go to a different room she had to have the blood test in the hallway absolutely appalling one not very hygieneic and not very private sort it out tollgate this is not the first time this has happened

    Good service , staff n medical team very good and reassuring, when on a phone call or face to face the nurses and GPs always make time to explain everything, could not feel better if I was a private patient, I am very fortunate to have a good gp surgery in this changing world .

    My appointment was with Dr on 03/03/2025 I have been feeling very low and depressed lately and my wife booked this appointment for me as I would not have done so. I must admit I was not looking forward to this visit to the doctor telling him all the thoughts I have been having ect. The doctor was absolutely fantastic listening to my troubles, he put me at ease and I felt so much better knowing that he really understood my feelings and is doing everything to help. He is a wonder man and I felt a lot better in seeing him. He is very professional polite and has a wonderful calming persona and is a true credit to his profession and the NHS.

    Today when I called the surgery D**** answered my call & once again helped me with my problem. This is not the first time she has gone out of her way to help me. Always polite, helpful, knowledgeable & very kind. I very rarely if ever have a problem with surgery. All the staff & Drs are great. When you are not feeling at your best a friendly understanding person can change everything. Thank you all for being there for me & my family.

    This new system is a nightmare. It is not clear how to order medication. I gave up and put in a written request which was rejected. Now I just list my meds in the online consult box but it extremely long winded process and rarely accessible. I do not have time to periodically pop in and out of the system to check if it is open/ accepting requests. Please please please simplify the online ordering system or reinstate paper requests. Previously I had been advised to go through the NHS app. Unfortunately, this app has been unavailable to me for some time due to a system error. I have reported this some months ago and they are still working on it. I’d welcome any solution you could offer.

    I appreciate the pressure that the NHS is under but when I have spent 2 weeks plus waiting for an appointment to see my GP then I do not expect to be rushed and fobbed off. I was left feeling that I was wasting their time. Believe me, if I could afford private medical care then I would not darken your doorstep again.

    In some situations a person must be seen physically whats the point of a phone consultation then another further appointment to be seen face to face its a waste of time and delays isnt that pointless ive waited a week for an appointment then it turns out a phone consultation then ill be waiting for a face to face consult what is this all about

    I have just waited on the line for 45 minutes in order to have the phone put down on me because the line was poor. The only reason I had to call was because the online appointments service was also not accepting requests. This poor service is a running theme here and not in the least bit surprising. They are closed now so I will have to start all over again tomorrow, utterly disgusting service.

    Yesteday, 13 Feb, I got a text from the surgery saying "You are due a long term condition review. Can you please ... book an appointment for this. We have reduced the quantity of your medication until this is done. The quantity of your medication will be put back up once you have had your review." My last long-term condition review was on 1 March 2023, less than 12 months ago, so I found this text very heavy-handed. I don't see how reducing my meds would achieve anything but putting me at risk. I would rather have received another reminder than a threat. Needless to say I have booked a review because I understand that reducing my meds could have serious and even life-threatening consequences. Generally speaking the team at the surgery is very good, and face to face everyone is kind and responsive. I simply don't understand how that team could send out a text like this.

    My 3 years old had a cough and runny nose i tried to contact the GP for an appointment with a doctor but i’ve been redirected to the online feature, i have tried to fill the econsult questions but it didn’t work i called reception and they tried to guide me through, after a good 10 mnts they realised that it doesn’t work, she booked my child in but to another clinic in Upton Park, when i asked why as he is registered here she said that they are sending all the kids to there. With all the financial difficulties that a lot of families are facing they want you to spend more money to get somewhere while we are registered a 5 mnts walk from home, and when i said i want him to be seen here she said it is not possible and that is what it will be in the future, the appointment did not fit us and we asked for a later one she gave us the clinic number and asked us to call them ourselves. When we called them they mentioned that our son has temperature and we have not mentioned that at all it feels like they want to push a narrative to make it look viral and not to have them seen at the practice. Really disappointed.
