My lovely mum has had traumatic experiences with blood test & the insertion of canulas to the point were it creates within her anxiety & stress. The nurses at Tollgate Medical Centre have such a gentle, calming manner & more Importantly an air of competence in putting my mum at ease to the point we were smiling when we left. This has never happened. Also upon joining we had a relaxed conversation with a nurse & she seemed to bring out all the worries & fears l had regarding my lovely mum's health concerns/issues. Thank you all.

I’ve been a patient for many years at this practice. The majority of GPs I’ve seen have been supportive and understanding. I’ve experienced one such GP recently who has recently really listened to me and has been very kind. I really appreciate the support at a difficult time, thank you.

GP's are very good here, but It is so difficult to get past the reception – telephone staff who just seem ready for an argument with you. Rude isn't the word one receptionist didn't even look up from her computer when I popped in to ask a question. Telephone staff don’t seem to want to help you. Been going to this practice for 25 years and never experienced attitude from the reception/telephone staff. The GP's in general are good, but I feel do not know what's going on front of house. I feel the stress affects one mental health and some urgent training is needed.

Further to my review of the 3/8, I had a telephone appointment with one of the GP’s here which was excellent. I had never spoken/scene this GP before, but I was so impressed that he had read my medical history, he listened to me, understood me and wants, issues and needs. He gave great advice, so good. He had to check a few thinks but called me back quickly. I am very pleased. I guess the moral is bite your lip getting past the support staff as the GP’s are excellent.

The doctor provided a good and quick service I was concerned I was worried about my mobility issues and walking with a cane and having to travel 1 1/2 hour back to back, to work she provided me with the respite I needed, which is less stressful for me as walking causes great pain at present, so well done doctor for being sympathetic to my needs

I’ve been a patient here for 2.5 years and over this time all staff have been helpful and friendly. The doctors and nurses make you feel supported and heard. Thank you all for your amazing work and care. ❤️

I am very satisfied with the service. All my experiences on Tollgate Medical Center have been very satisfactory. The staff, doctors and nurses are always kind, carefully and efficient. I strongly recommend this GP.
