I had possibly the best experience I've had at the doctors in years today. I saw one of the doctors for gynaecological symptoms, that I've been trying to get help for. He really listened to me and my symptoms, and put a referral in then and there. I honestly was so grateful.

Annual Medication Review raised an issue . I was booked in to see a doctor within an hour. Saw the doctor within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and was given a thorough examination. As ever , first class service

On New years Eve I called to order a repeat script. I only needed one thing. I had been in hospital for over a week until this point. The receptionist could not find this item on my repeats. She asked when I'd last ordered it but I couldn't remember . She advised that she couldn't process my request. I explained that I had just come out of hospital and needed calm not complaining. The answer I got was "if you want things uncomplicated you should write it down and bring it to the surgery" not the answer I was expecting! She then passed further comment that, I took a lot of medication therefore it was not easy to resolve. Really, this is not acceptable. Judgement and ucooperative!!! I phoned 2 days later and requested a call back from the practice manager, to date I've heard nothing. Neither of the 2 interactio s mentioned appear on my notes! My partner went to the chemist and purchased the item i needed!!!

Sent request for appointment on 5th December. Got a call same day with appointment on 6th December. Dr actioned x-ray referral. I phoned NGH on 9th December, with x-ray booked for 11th December - amazing service.

Had physio after a knee injury - was able to see one within days, and was then referred on to orthopaedic specialist quickly, with full explanation of my options. Extra services like this are much appreciated when managing demand. Should absolutely be a model practice for others. Thank you - we are very grateful to have such a proactive surgery.

I have called this surgery 4 times now to explain I cannot make an appointment on line. I have tried 7 times and every time I get through to reception they refuse to help me and I keep saying that online will not let me book. My health is very bad and the reception staff will not help me and I will now take this to my local mp as this is terrible that I will have to go to hospital as the receptionist will not help me . I am very unhappy with this

Filled in the online form and within half an hour had an appointment to attend the surgery that same morning. I was seen promptly on time . Excellent service - Thankkyou.

Used the online appointment system, very easy to use, had a response within 10 minutes, followed by asking a few further questions. Which resulted in getting an appointment the same day, very impressed with the surgery for how they dealt with me from start to finish, also a big thank you to the doctor who provided a full examination and checks, he was very reassuring and I didn’t feel like I was wasting his time being there. Well done to you all at the surgery.

Myself and another customer were spoken down too this morning by a member of staff of reception. We could hear her discussing us in the office behind reception with other staff members and she had a rude tone to her voice. I don’t appreciate being spoken down to when handing samples into the doctors surgery, especially when I am already anxious about receiving results. I imagine this was the same rude receptionist I spoke to on the phone the other day who refused to help me in scheduling an appointment the doctor had asked me to request. I also find it unacceptable that we have to tell receptionists the reason behind our visit to the doctors. As this isn’t the first time a receptionist has spoken down to me at this surgery, I suggest you all have some training or learn some common courtesy on treating your customers with respect, especially when you do not know the reason behind the visit.
