I have been waiting now for 28minutes. . I was 3rd in the queue when I rang exactly at opening time of 130pm. I am still waiting….how can each call take an average of 15 minutes( there were only two ahead of me). The queue simply cannot be operating first come first serve or the practice would close down!! The complaints process is not on the website. There is no email to write in so I have resorted to this review instead. This is not the first time. This is why I try to never attend the Dr! …... And when I got through for my health screen appointment (I was asked to call them!)I was told they can’t do them until Jan. so I have to call again as no appointments in system. A total farce.

I had my flu and COVID vaccinations today and it was great no hanging around I was asked several questions before I was given my vaccinations by the health care assistant I felt at ease from start to finish everyone was working very hard for the smooth running of today and especially for a Saturday

Impossible to get an appointment. I asked if I could get one in the coming weeks and was told “no”. I have given up - will not bother to go again.

Rang and asked if I could have an appointment any time in the following few weeks as not urgent, but was told “no”. Not helpful and has been bad in the past. I have never met my doctor
