I have been registered with this surgery since I was a child, I simply asked for a repeat prescription that has been prescribed to me twice in the last 2 years, they said it would be ready to collect on Monday. My mother was collecting my medicine on my behalf, they informed her that I was not a patient at this surgery, even though 3 days prior a receptionist confirmed my prescription would be ready to collect. I don't know if this is because they are lazy, or because it was Friday and she did not care, or because they are unqualified, but they have now wasted my own time, my time at work, my mother's time. Good thing I did not book a day off to go and collect my prescription. My recommendation is to avoid this surgery at all costs,

Dear Miss Compa The policy of the practice is not to take prescription request over the phone, The answer you received is a general answer from receptionist but when the Prescription clerk check and actions the requests, she will advice the patients accordingly as as she was advised, Usually patients who are inactive will not put in a request for prescription. We are providing best care to thousands of patients and hopefully patients don't go by your recommendation. From Management

Every time I come here the staff are so nice and friendly they do a great job. I never have a problem getting an appointment. I feel they are so under appreciated for all the work they do, there doing a great job especially having to work right through the pandemic. They are over worked and underpaid and that goes for the whole of the NHS and healthcare they deserve more recognition for there hard work.

Have been trying to contact for a week Left email messages hospital tell me i need a gp appointment web site links do not work I am in destress with a skin condition this practice cuts you off when you phone website links do not work Avoid this doctors at all costs Very Poor
