   Great practice and the receptionists are polite,patient and helpful. But Please bring back the online appointment booking tool! I work full time in an office and with there only being a 10am window for pre bookable appointments over the phone, being able to do it online was so much more convenient and private (it meant I didn't have to share my private health issues with my colleagues ear wigging to the telephone conversation!!)
