Took 20 phone calls and a 2 week wait from initial contact to see a GP. The phone line, e consult is not fit for purpose. Saw the GP and she was dismissive of my issues and seemed to want to insist that i have anxiety, which i don't!. I was prescribed medication following an abnormal blood test, however when i went to collect the Prescription, it had not been requested from the previous day. When it was eventually sent, the item had been discontinued. I had to go to surgery and Pharmacist 3 times and still not been prescribed the item. Just a mess.

Can never get a appointment, get told to contact them at 8am for an appointment cant never get through, tried e consult by 0800,0801,0807 nothing available. Will be making a formal complaint to the CQC and CCGs as this is unacceptable that you can never see a doctor never make an appointment. Inaccessible healthcare

All staff, Kind, helpful, supportive and clearly know what they are doing, all this and under immense pressure. Thank you!
