  1. Review titled If you ever get to see a Dr, they’re great.

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Impossible to get an appointment ever. Can’t book an appointment in person has to be over phone, so you sit for hours in a queue for the receptionist to answer to tell you to ring 111 because there’s never any appointment left. I have never in my life known such a shambles where it is literally impossible to get any kind of access to treatment. If you get to see a GP, they’re all really lovely, but don’t count on ever seeing anyone.

Dear patient Sorry you are unhappy with our service. We have now changed our phone system so are able to monitor waiting times and adjust our services accordingly. We also offer a call back facility so that patients do not have to hang on the phone in the queue. Patients are able to book appointments online and by phone from 8.15 am each morning with advance appointments being available in the afternoon.

  2. Review titled Great Drs Poor Receptionist

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 10 June 2024

Rang GP after 35 minutes of 'being in the queue'. Received text Friday saying follow up appointment which was in 2 days time. Couldn't call Drs over the weekend. Rang Monday - day off appointment, to have telephone appointment instead as I was at work. The gate keeper was reluctant to help me over the phone, stating I made the appointment and I had to be there. I explained I didn't book it, it was an automatic follow up maybe booked by someone who worked there. She spoke to me in quite a condescending and rude tone. Perhaps some staff training in customer service would be a great idea going forward.

  3. Review titled A kind nurse for my first smear test

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 17 October 2023

I was terrified of having my first smear test, but the nurse who did it was really kind, patient and communicative. She explained everything and put me at ease. I thought having a smear would be traumatising but I left the practice feeling happy, which was unexpected!
