Excellent advice in consultations, incredibly well-organised Covid vaccination service, often with the senior partners giving the injections, attentive nurses, helpful receptionists. We've never had a poor experience. Yes it's often difficult to get an appointment online, yes the long-winded phone answering announcement can be a trial but they have thousands of patients and in our experience, they are an excellent GP practice and we would not wish to go elsewhere.

After contacting reception on behalf of my wife, who was having chest pains, a doctor phoned back straight away. This led us to go to A&E where the condition of a heart attack was diagnosed and she was admitted, to be operated upon within 12 hours of us arriving. Thanks to all concerned for the speedy responses which means she is now well on the way to recovery.
