Review titled Getting an appointment
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Queenie - Posted on 21 August 2024
Like the online booking system, if only you could get to see or speak to a GP within a few days I could live with that. Tried to book to speak to a GP. Sent a text to say a GP will phone me in a little over one months time!

Review titled Best practice I have ever had
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Always amazing at this practice. Such kind and lovely staff. I left an EConsult with their slick online system, was telephoned about 2 hours later and then asked to come in for an appointment an hour after that. Was recommended the practice by a friend and will ensure that I recommend it to anybody else.

Review titled Poor Online System
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Chris Martin - Posted on 04 December 2023
Whilst I can understand the need to triage calls and appointments, what I do not understand is the need to close the online system to allow further enquiries/requests after a certain time. The prescription service does not allow for historically repeated acute medications to be requested/to avoided wasted GP and my time requesting things that are known to be needed. There is no flexibility in the system and this excludes are large portion of people. I do not know why an general request cannot be made 24/7 online rather than simply current system which is that if you do not go online at correct time you cannot do anything until the following day; or sometimes it even closes early without warning. The triage system needs to be reconsidered as it is a very poor service at present. Overall the surgery is good as are staff including GPs, but access is a problem, as with all GPs due to pressures but particularly with this surgery.
