    I was contacted quickly and within the advised time-frame. My options were clearly explained and my concerns sensitively addressed. I felt much encouraged after the phone call and my spirits were definitely lifted. The support and kindness I have received from the reception staff throughout my illness has also been very much appreciated.

    The gp practice excels in managing and coordinating patient concerns. I contacted the practice for my medical records, and they assisted me and maintained a commendable demeanor. The pm, is exceptional and performs his responsibilities with a level of professionalism that I have not encountered in any other gp practices since I left in 2007. I appreciate your past and continued support, and I urge you to maintain these high standards.

    I really enjoy seeing this nurse. She is very capable and a pleasure as well as informative. After the thoracic team gave me incorrect details she listened and continued to dress my wounds. The discharge letter and what the ward staff told me was inconsistent and she followed the device the ward has given me. She told me what she was doing when she removed the stitches and showed them to me. This nurse is a great asset to the practice. She is an expert in listening to patient needs and alleviating all fears. I will happily attend all nurse appointments knowing I am in wonderfully capable and competent hands.

    Very good consultation. Practitioner was informative, knowledgeable and patient. He explained and discussed with me the relevant pros and cons of the medication he was prescribing. He considered my whole health portfolio and referred me for relevant blood tests. I was extremely satisfied with the excellent attention I received.

    I went online to express concern about some skin growth on my forehead, I received a phonecall from a GP of the Practice, who saw me in person the same day, and referred me to a specialist Dermatology dept. Great and very quick and responsive. Exactly what I needed

    Excellent telephone consultation with a nurse-practitioner who arranged tests. The feedback on the tests results was prompt (within a week). An extra consultation arranged there and then.

    On 16/01/2025 at 11:45am had a nurse appointment with to have a hepatitis A vaccination for an upcoming holiday. The nurse was open and transparent throughout the appointment. For example, she showed me her screen which had the travel website vaccinations, we went through each one and explored the level of risks. After much discussion, I chose to get the hepatitis A vaccination. The nurse showed me the box package name and expiration date of the vaccination. I felt at ease and confident that what was being injected was the correct vaccination. When I’ve had previous vaccinations, the nurses haven’t shown this much detail of the vaccination packaging etc. Therefore, this particular nurse was respectful and thorough approach really stood out and I had a great experience in her care. Exemplar pratice!
