I visited the practice today to try and arrange an appointment with a GP to discuss the transfer of my hospital referals as I have just moved from Wales. I was advised that I was unable to make an appointment as i would have to call on Monday (today being a Friday) to speak with a doctor to discuss the transfer, but could only discuss one condition at a time. As I currently have a number of health issues this seems very time wasting for both the doctor and myself. Very fustrated by the lack of understanding, that I am just trying to get my medical care put in place.

I jad been having pain in my chest for a while and a really bad cough I called up and got to see one of the nurses that got me to do a sputum test and booked mw in for a chest xray this was all done within 3 days got results back and now have the medication needed to get better

I have been a patient here for many years. After one hiccup last year, which wasn't the GPs fault, the service here is impeccable.. I needed to speak to a GP today, so I submitted a request online. Within an hour, I had a call back and spoke to a Gp who was empathetic, reassuring, compassionate, and professional, she listened and was able to give me valuable feedback, her 'bedside' manner was beyond perfect. Thank you
