    In these times of changes to how we make an appointment to see our Gp’s I would like to thank the great reception staff and nurses at both the surgeries. It has always been my experience as a long time patient at this practice but more so in the past two years. This morning in particular I had such a lovely experience when I phoned the Escreet Grove surgery. I know I can’t name names but she will know who she is. The call was dealt with in a sympathetic, professional and caring way. The advice regarding making an Gp appointment going forward and actually getting another appointment booked with the nurse. The phone call to the surgery really solved my issues today. Thank you very much for your understanding and please know that you all are appreciated.

    Thank you very much for this lovely review of our practice. Our girls on the front desk work so hard and deal with lots of different queries from our patients so it is nice to get positive feedback. Thank you very much.

    14/07/2022 Called to make an appointment was on the phone for 1hr 32 minutes was held in the queue at number 1 for 50 minutes so called again on another phone took 15 minutes to get through so when I questioned it , was told that I was on another line and the person had gone to lunch so I asked why the call was not forwarded to reception and got no answer or an apology

    We are sorry to hear that you had to wait for a long time for a receptionist to answer your call. Triveni PMS are aware of this problem and we are liaising with our telephone company and training staff to try and overcome this problem. Appointments can also be made via our website using the e-Consult system, which you and other patients may wish to try in the future when phone lines are busy. I hope this information helps.
