I have used their service for the past 3 years and met with a number of their doctors, nurses and the reception. While the reception served well, it is the doctors and nurses team that deserve even more praise as they have always been professional, thorough, and reassuring. This last visit that I made in August 2024 was unfortunately my last for a while as I am moving counties. However, the doctor attending to me was very careful to prescribe medication enough for me to tie over to the next GP visit, and carefully remind me to register with a new GP as soon as I can. Bless her heart! All in all, I highly recommend anyone living in the area to seek their help. I believe they can be trusted.

I’ve had to use the service at Trumpington Medical practice in clay farm. Each time the online system has been so easy to use. But more than that, the doctors have responded swiftly through an efficient triage system and I’ve had an appointment booked on same day or next. My experience required a doctor to check a rash and I used the online system. A doctor triages the cases. I was called on the same day. A doctor then booked a short appointment. Within 3 hours I had treatment. Amazing. . I’m cognisant that doctors and health workers are under pressure but they must know that it is truly amazing how they’ve looked after me. Kind. Precise. Efficient. Professional. Committed. Patient centred. I hope they know that they are much valued. Seriously if you have not registered with a practice , this is the place. Thank you to all at clay farm branch of Trumpington medical practice.

An excellent practice with knowledgeable and proactive clinicians. They always have time, I have always been able to get an appointment quickly and easily, they provide a range of services from a whole team of kind, professional and well trained staff. Well done to all of you, keep up the good work.

I had a great experience in this practice. A quick appointment and initial phone consultation. Was asked to come to the surgery on the same day. I had two issues and both were quickly referred for further tests. Great attention from the doctor.
