I was grateful that the Doctor could see me so quickly. The outcome was very positive Admin Staff also very Helpful, Full marks to the receptionist.

What's the point of sharing my medical records if you refuse to issue my repeat prescription because it needs to be reviewed? I'm left without medication for a month, and have to hound you for an earlier appointment.

Been up and down for 3 week with my new baby they said he had a.l chest infection gave him antibiotics then went back Monday Monday gone they said it was a virus. But know my new born baby is in hospital with low oxygen levels and with bronchitis they getting worse

Had a telephone appointment booked for the 17/09/2024 - the appointment was for 9:20-9:30 . Recieved no call, called the practice to ask why I haven’t received a call yet and was told there’s a delay and to stay by my phone- this is exactly what I did, fast forward to half 12 when I called the practice again , to be rudely told by the receptionist that I’ve missed 2 x calls and I have to rebook my appointment. I’ve not received one call from the practice at all, there next appointment is the 1st of October!!!! Disgusting, will be moving practices.

Phoned them yesterday told me to ring back today i have and they got no appointment everytime i ring no appointment especially when it for a baby it ridiculous get more drs and nurses in

The staff, nurses and doctors did a fantastic job looking after my father over the last 9 months whilst he was on palletive care and working with Compton Hospice. Doctors regularly called and visited when necessary to assess his condition. Sometimes difficult to get through on telephone but when you did always got a call back with an up date.
