Due to a bout of Covid followed by a recurring infection during August and September I’ve had to call 111 twice for urgent advice and visit the Practice three times and Watford General once, for treatment. Everyone I’ve had contact with has been brilliant. Help has been very prompt, waiting times have been minimal and the treatment seems to have been successful. Many thanks to everyone concerned.

Infuriating process to get an appointment. Poor customer service. On multiple occasions staff have cancelled request for an appointment by marking it as resolved when it is clearly not resolved and have made no attempt to even understand the request. This has meant multiple requests have needed to be made in order to get an appointment that the hospital had requested me to get in the first place. It should not be so hard to just get an appointment for the help you need. It makes it such an exhausting process and I definitely could see how it would put people off asking for help.

I fell over 10 days ago and badly injured my arm and needed to have it dressed on numerous days both the nurses really looked after for which I am great full thank you

Unfortunately old age has caught up with me this year and I have constantly been on the phone to the receptionists - I cannot thank them enough for their patience, kindness and understanding. It is very assuring to speak to someone who has the time to listen. Just hope all their good work is appreciated by the Drs. Thank you girls.

On the 10/6/24 I needed to go to the surgery after falling and badly cutting my arm I saw Nurse who did a great job dressing my wound and sorting further treatment for me
